Roger Ramsey, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Ramsey founded and was the CEO of Allied Waste Industries ($5.5B, NYSE) and the co-founder and CFO of ($3.5B, NYSE) Browning Ferris Industries (BFI). Growth companies Mr. Ramsey has been previously associated with have raised over $12 Billion in the national and international capital markets. During his career, Mr. Ramsey played important roles in taking three companies from start-up to multi-billion dollar public corporations. In addition to Allied and BFI, he was a lead investor and Chairman of the Board of Criterion Group, Inc., a publicly owned, registered investment advisor that grew to more than $12 billion under management before its acquisition by Transamerica. Mr. Ramsey was co-founder and Vice Chairman of The Houstonian, a 23-acre luxury hotel, club, and spa complex with more than 2700 members, and he was a partner in Houston Partners, a venture capital firm. In addition to chairing the Boards of MedServe and VeriCenter, Inc., Mr. Ramsey also serves on the Boards of publicly held Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (CRZO), WCA Waste Corporation (WCAA), and the Finance and Investment Committees of the Board of Trustees of Texas Christian University. Mr. Ramsey is a member of the Environmental Industries Association's Management Hall of Fame. He graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a BS in Commerce. |

Michael M. Fields, President
Most recently, prior to the MedShred and Enserv merger, Mr. Fields served as Chairman of the Board of Managers, CEO and President of Enserv. Prior to founding Enserv in 2003, Mr. Fields was the founder of InteCon, an integration and consolidation consulting firm, where he was actively involved as a consultant in management, integration and consolidation for numerous companies from $10 million to $400 million in annual revenues. From 1997 to 1999 Mr. Fields was Senior VP – Operations for Coach USA, a $1 billion revenue NYSE consolidation of the charter transportation industry. The previous 11 years, Mr. Fields served in several executive management positions with Browning Ferris Industries (BFI), a NYSE environmental services company. At BFI, Mr. Fields served as President of BFI Medical, a wholly-owned subsidiary that was later sold to Stericycle, President of BFI Services Group, President of BFI Transportation and President of BFI Pharmaceuticals. |

Robert Cabes, Board Member
Mr. Cabes is a Principal with Avista Capital Partners and was formerly a Principal with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, focused on private equity investments in the energy sector. He is based in Avista's Houston office. Mr. Cabes previously was an investment banker at CSFB, DLJ and Prudential Securities, where he was engaged in debt and equity securities underwriting and merger and acquisition assignments for energy companies. He joined DLJMB Global Energy Partners in 2001. Mr. Cabes holds a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University, and is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts. Mr. Cabes is currently a director of Celtique and Pinnacle and was formerly a director of Copano Energy, Laramie Energy and Medicine Bow Energy. |

Koleman E. Karleski, Board Member
Mr. Karleski is a partner in Chrysalis Venture Partners. He joined Chrysalis in 1997 and focuses on healthcare services and technology, and business services. At Chrysalis, Koleman has worked with Aperture Credentialing (sold to a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group), Manorhouse Assisted Living (sold to LifeTrust Assisted Living), Primis (sold to LandAmerica Financial Group), and TechRepublic (sold to Gartner Group, Inc.). He currently serves on the Boards of AfterBOT, FWI, HealthMedia, and MedServe. He also spearheads Chrysalis’ marketing and fundraising efforts.
Prior to Chrysalis, Koleman worked for Providian Corporation's Capital Management business unit where he focused on strategic planning and business development. A native of Pittsburgh, Koleman earned a BSE from Princeton University where he concentrated on operations research and financial engineering. In his civic capacity, Koleman volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana, and is President of the Princeton Alumni Association of Louisville.

Dennis E. Murphree, Board Member
Mr. Murphree is the President and CEO of Murphree and Company, Inc. and Managing General Partner of Murphree Venture Partners IV, L.P and Murphree Venture Partners V, L.P. He was educated at Southern Methodist University (BA, 1969) and The Wharton School (MBA, 1971). He is also on the faculty of the Jones Graduate School at Rice University where he teaches two second-year MBA courses in creative entrepreneurship and venture capital.
Mr. Murphree’s entrepreneurial career began in 1972 when he started his own real estate development company. In 1986, he sold his real estate firm and founded Murphree Venture Partners in January 1987. Murphree Venture Partners has invested in a wide variety of industries, including restaurants, high tech and construction. He has served on numerous public and private corporate boards as well as civic, charitable and educational boards. Currently, he is a Board member of Advent Networks, Unico Corporation, and MedShred, Inc., and has been a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and World Presidents' Organization since 1982. He is also a nationally recognized public speaker and gives 30 to 40 speeches per year throughout the United States on both business and motivational topics.

Steven Webster, Board Member
Mr. Webster is Co-Managing Partner and President of Avista Capital Partners. He brings more than 25 years of experience in venture capital and investment activities, with particular focus on the energy sector. For six years before the formation of Avista, Mr. Webster was Chairman of DLJMB Global Energy Partners. Under his guidance, DLJMB made 13 investments in the energy sector between 1999 and 2004. In 1988, Mr. Webster founded Falcon Drilling, an offshore drilling contractor, and guided it through an IPO in 1995. During his tenure as CEO of Falcon, he saw the firm's market capitalization grow to more than $1.6 billion by 1998, when the company merged with Reading & Bates Corporation. Following the acquisition, Mr. Webster remained CEO of R&B Falcon Corporation through May 1999.
Mr. Webster holds a BSIM degree with distinction from Purdue University and an MBA degree with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. Mr. Webster is currently the Chairman of Carrizo Oil and Gas, Basic Energy, Pinnacle and Crown Resources, and is a director of a number of portfolio companies.

Dan S. Wilford, Board Member
From 2002 to the present, Mr. Wilford has served as a member of the faculty of The Spiritual Leadership Institute, a non-profit affiliate of Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. From 1984 until retirement in 2002, Mr. Wilford served as President and CEO of Memorial Hermann, a healthcare system consisting of 15 hospitals in Houston and Southeast Texas, an outpatient center, two nursing homes, a retirement community and a wellness center. Mr. Wilford has served on the board of directors for numerous healthcare related organizations, including Voluntary Hospitals of America, Texas Hospital Association and American College of Healthcare Executives and on numerous boards of non-profit organizations, most related to healthcare. He is a retired official of the National Football League, and is a member of the University of Mississippi Alumni Hall of Fame. Mr. Willford currently is active on four corporate boards and as an advisor to Memorial Hermann. |
